ALPHA VIP

The ALPHA VIP campaign focuses on three key areas designed to strengthen the fundamental building blocks needed to reinforce the Eastern Region’s brotherhood experience, strengthen membership development, enhance our organizational structure, foster collaborative leadership, and revitalithe fundamental experience of Brotherhood within the Region:

The VALUE of our Targeted Mission:

The Alpha VIP platform creates a memorable experience that exceeds standard expectations and provides Brothers with exceptional treatment in many aspects of the fraternity.

  1. Coordinate reclamation efforts within the region to establish best practices and identify local events that can be scalable for region (e.g., One Nine International Day of Reclamation).

  2. Identify opportunities to expand the Eastern Region domestically and internationally, where appropriate. 

  3. Establish strategic partnerships with external entities that provide fully funded overseas opportunities to deepen the leadership and professional development of our college Brothers.

  4. Create task force aimed at compiling consolidated list of the region’s top-rated items of interest requiring action within the first 60-90 days, 3-6 months, 12-18 months.

  5. Reinvest into the BROTHERHOOD (e.g., membership development, reclamation, employment, scholarships for college brothers, online training).

The IMPACT of our Four-Year Plan:

Our IMPACT shall develop and implement scalable and repeatable processes that can be consistently applied throughout the entire region to enhance operational efficiency with many aspects of the fraternity.

  1. Enhance the experience of regional conventions for college and alumni Brothers via experiential learning, CPE credits, professional development, corporate sponsorships, leadership initiatives, and employment/networking opportunities.

  2. Provide structured mental health support from licensed and qualified experts to Brothers in need.

  3. Optimize regional investment opportunities through incremental enhancements, updates, and innovative partnerships with 501(c)(3) entities. 

  4. Identify resources aimed at delivering sustained and efficient virtual participation opportunities for Brothers lacking resources to attend the regional convention.

Achieving PROGRESS on our Alpha Train:

Our PROGRESS during the Alpha VIP campaign tenure will be measured by qualitative and quantitative data from our Brothers

  1. Protect the House from unqualified candidates, sponsors, and recommenders.

  2. Conduct annual assessment of our Alpha VIP four-year strategic plan to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats impacting our brotherhood.

  3. Identify incremental near-term goals and highlight achievements via town halls meetings, newsletters, and general headquarters.
